ACTION
Suffolk County Council is among a small number of local authorities in England to establish a therapeutic fostering service as part of efforts to improve outcomes for children.
Having offered elements of therapeutic provision for several years, the service was developed into its present comprehensive form three and a half years ago and is available to any local authority foster carers within the county, if they, or their supervising social workerrequest it.
