NYA Update: A youth card for England

Last month, Belinda Fumai represented the National Youth Agency at a conference held in Edinburgh to discuss the European Youth Card.
Belinda's mission was to find out how some European countries have implemented a youth card that offers young people the opportunity to access discounts and in other countries to use it as a health insurance or a student card.
