What is the national minimum wage for children?
The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2009 introduced changes to the national minimum wage, and each year the national minimum wage is reviewed by the Low Pay Commission. From 1 October, workers aged between 16 and 17 will benefit from a minimum wage of £3.57 per hour.
