Our 16-strong expert judging panel has examined all the entries to produce this year's shortlist (any judge employed or linked in any way to organisations that entered abstained from judging those entries). A panel of young judges is scrutinising the shortlisted entries and their marks will be added to those of the expert panel to determine the winners in each category
