Young people are being asked to give their views on what makes a perfect youth service leader.
Using an online consultation the National Youth Agency is asking young people to create their ideal team of leaders to run a youth work project.
As well as selecting the types of individuals they think would be suited to the work, participants can also select the kind of training they think leaders would need.
Once the Youth Workforce Dream Team is created it is entered into a league with other teams, and web site users can then vote for the team they think would be most effective.
The results of the work will feed into a report on training and support for youth service leaders that is being prepared for the Department for Children, Schools and Families.
