Catch22, a social mobility business working in disadvantaged communities, has supported more than 150 apprentices across levels three and four in Housing and Property Management, and has worked with more than 30 housing employers. During the programme.
Delivered in line with the government’s apprenticeship standard, apprentices learn general law, leasehold finance, land and built environment and customer service.
The judges described Stuart as “much more than a tutor”.
“He genuinely cares for his pupils,” they said, “he has a wealth of experience which he draws upon to deliver engaging, insightful sessions as well as excellent all round pastoral care.”
Stuart added: “I am hugely grateful and proud for this Property 50 award and for the industry to recognise my work.
“Catch22 believes in putting people first which is key in this world we live in today. All my learners are keen, dedicated and professional, all starting a new journey or enhancing their existing one. We are thrilled to help them along their path.”
