Third Sector Strategy Action Plan

This action plan focuses on the work of the Department of Children, Schools and Families and local government as well as the Learning and Skills Council, which will commission the vast majority of provision locally. Closing date: 30 September

Confidence and Confidentiality: Openness in Family Courts - A New Approach

This is the government's second consultation on improving openness in family courts. It sets out what measures the government is taking further from the last consultation and asks for views on new proposals to improve the openness in family courts in England and Wales. Closing date: 1 October

Schools for the 21st Century

The EU Commission is seeking the views of organisations and individuals with an interest in the development of school education in the member states. It raises several issues deemed crucial for schools, such as key competences for schools, social inclusion and the role of teachers. Closing date: 15 October
