NEWS IN BRIEF: Welsh foster care

Young people in foster care and residential homes are being encouraged to voice their views in a study by the Welsh Assembly. The study is to draw together evidence of good practice in Wales in policy and guidance, and is being carried out by a consortium led by Lancaster University and the University of Wales.
