ADVICE: Cornwall expands support service
Wednesday, February 19, 2003
Cornwall Youth Service is opening a new centre in Penzance. This joins centres already at Bodmin, St Austell and Camborne that offer free, independent and confidential advice to young people aged 13 to 25.
The Penzance centre is funded by the New Opportunities Fund through the Penzance Healthy Living Network. It will be open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Co-ordinator Pedyr Prior said: "We aim to provide the support a young person needs to realise their chosen options."
