To be held on 20 September 2006 at Birmingham Voluntary Service Council, it will explore how detached youth work fits in with the Every Child Matters agenda; how detached youth work records the progress of individuals and groups of young people; how detached youth work accredits street-based learning; and innovative ways to evidence detached youth work benefits to young people, including numbers benefiting; quality of interventions; and progress made by individuals and groups.
Costs for the event are 50 for members and 70 for non-members. For further details, contact Acomo Olule on 0116 242 7490, email fdyw@nya.org.uk or visit the web site: www.detachedyouthwork.info and follow the link to conferences, where you can download the programme and booking form in Word format.
