Central government has an absolute duty to work with social entrepreneurs to support innovation that is relevant to today's young people. This includes, from time to time, taking risks and not continually supporting and funding more of the same. We need to stop poorly thought-out, multiple interventions that cause confusion rather than clarity for young people, their families and the professionals who work with them.
