The Transition to Adulthood (T2A) project, aimed at 16- to 22-year-olds in Birmingham, London and Worcestershire, will provide participants with mentors dedicated to helping them avoid re-offending. Young people will receive tailored support on issues including employment, relationships and substance misuse. Project workers will also link young people with relevant local voluntary and community organisations to access further support.
