Watch CYP Now's second care leaver video on mental health

The second video in CYP Now's National Care Leavers Week 2009 series focuses on mental health.
Claire Grace, a psychiatric nurse from the Torfaen Young People's Support Service, features on the video explaining the difficulties some care leavers experience when moving out of the care system and into independent living.
Available to view on www.lifeaftercare.tv three care leavers also describe how professionals can help to tackle the causes of mental health issues of those in care.
Lee Kirwin, a children's home manager in Kensington and Chelsea, also appears on the video stressing the importance of training for staff and social workers to be confident in thinking about mental health issues of young people.
CYP Now is releasing a new video every day during National Care Leavers Week. Tomorrow's video is themed around life skills.
