Developing Mentoring Practice in Early Years and Playwork

This one-day course, on the development of mentoring skills, will explore the role and key skills of the mentor in the early years and play sectors. The session will demonstrate the relationship between mentoring theory with personal experience and practice, and provide solutions to the key problems mentors face.
