How do we ensure that we offer the level of confidentiality that the child has a right to in law while still addressing child protection issues adequately and where necessary working systematically? This workshop is appropriate for anyone working in a therapeutic way with children and young people up to the age of 18 years in the UK, where necessary distinguishing between the differences in Scotland and Northern Ireland.  This workshop is also essential for those offering clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists working with children and young people.
