Following last month's government reshuffle, ministerial responsibilities relating to the children and young people's sector have been finalised.
Among a number of changes, Edward Timpson, who lost his Crewe and Nantwich seat, is replaced as children's minister by former immigration minister Robert Goodwill, who is also handed responsibility for early years.
