News in Brief: CPS announces decision

The Crown Prosecution Service has announced that the five-year investigation into the murder of Stephen Lawrence has failed to find enough evidence to prosecute anyone. Stephen was stabbed to death by a gang of white youths in 1993. His parents said they would continue to fight for justice.
