Regarding the well-publicised case of the American disabled girl, Ashley X, Scope recognises that parents of disabled children face tough decisions in order to do what's best for their child.
If we are to prevent potential abuses of the human rights of disabledchildren then this government must face up to the pressure families areunder and increase the money and support available to them.
