Sarah Baker, Chairperson, Hertfordshire's Safeguarding Children Board

Hertfordshire's Safeguarding Children Board has appointed Sarah Baker as its chairperson. Baker previously worked for the NHS for 28 years as a nurse, a health visitor and, most recently, as a primary care trust director.
