UK-based Montgomery Exhibitions and Irish Services have joined forces in a venture to organise exhibitions in Ireland.
The new company retains the Irish Services title and will be responsible for organising the Irish Building Exhibition, the spring and autumn Furniture Fairs and Education Ireland. All the events are held at the RDS in Dublin.
'The strength of the Irish economy has led to significant growth in the Irish exhibition industry,' said Irish Services chief executive David Skinner. 'To develop this potential we wanted to work with an organiser with a proven track record.'
Montgomery managing director Christopher Newton added: 'We are not only looking to develop existing shows, but also to launch new exhibitions as well as business-to-business opportunities.'
