I've been coming to the Hunslet Club for a couple of months now. I live about 10 minutes away so I come here quite often.

There are lots of activities for us to do. We play games and snooker, and I've been learning how to DJ. I've learned how to scratch using proper DJ equipment, and some of the other young people and I have mixed music together.

On Fridays I go to drama classes at the club. There are quite a few people in the classes and we do warm-up exercises and improvisation. We sometimes take part in local shows. In a few weeks I'll be starting guitar lessons, so I can work towards my Bronze Arts Award. It will look good on my CV.

We also do cooking sessions, where we make things like buns and cakes and then pass them around the youth club. I'm also going to start gardening lessons soon. I'm really looking forward to it as I love planting things.
