The SYC Party took place on Saturday 9 August in Shipley Market Square and car park and was planned by young people from Shipley Youth Cafe and Bradford youth service. The event included information, advice and guidance stalls, jujitsu demonstrations, workshops and a climbing wall.

Councillor Colin Gill, Bradford Council's executive member for children's services, said: "This was a chance for young people to show off their musical talent and creativity and find out what is available for them to enjoy locally."
