I would make it far more accessible. The world of work inspires me and I am keen to get lots of extras on my CV to show employees that I am motivated. However, having just completed a two-week work placement, I've found more focus is needed. Most people just brush youngsters aside and think of us as yobs, but this is not the case. We are the next generation of mechanics, hotel managers and entrepreneurs. So, I find it puzzling that employers are so reserved in offering teens work placements. Young people like me are stuck...
