Job Moves: Appoinment at Birmingham City Council

Birmingham City Council has appointed separate heads for its amalgamated Connexions and youth services. Harry Fowler will be lead officer of the youth service, while Dave Foster will oversee Connexions. Fowler and Foster were previously joint heads of the youth service.
