I work with young parents aged 16 to 19 in Camden, London. We have a service level agreement with the borough and take referrals from various professionals such as midwives, health visitors or Connexions. Our main aim is to support young families with practical needs such as benefits and housing, and also help young people get back into education, training or employment.
