Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is launching the initiative after receiving over £200,000 from the Big Lottery Fund. The scheme will see disadvantaged 13- to 19-year-olds who take part in community work, or achieve agreed goals, given credits that can be exchanged for leisure activities.
