Christmas brings out the child in all of us

For many years our last evening at the youth club before shutting down for Christmas, was a childish seasonal celebration. Somehow we always got enough money together to buy lots of sickly cakes, some paper tablecloths, a few streamers and party hats.
Young people would show up at the usual time, some ready for the festivities, others completely taken by surprise.
