Children's communication charity ICAN and the National Children's Bureau have announced that they will be working together in a strategic partnership, to share key areas of expertise. I CAN is moving to adjacent premises in Islington, London to theNCB so the two charities can share services such as human resources, administration and meeting rooms. However, they will remain independent organisations.
