Nursery in court on allergic baby death

A five-month-old baby with a known allergy to cow's milk died after being fed a cereal that contained milk products at the Jigsaw nursery in Browns Wood, Milton Keynes, an inquest heard last week. Radiographer Wendy Egan told the hearing in Milton Keynes that when she registered her baby Thomas with the nursery in January 2002, she was reassured by the arrangements in place for caring for babies with allergies.
