
Students aged between 16 and 19 in England who become parents are to be given up to £15,000 over three years towards their childcare costs. The Government initiative Care to Learn?, which begins next month, is for young parents - either mothers or fathers - who attend sixth form school or further education colleges or are in work-based learning.
