A nursery where a ten-month-old girl choked to death on a piece of apple has received an Ofsted rating of 'inadequate' six months after the tragedy. Just Learning Nursery in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, was served a compliance notice following a routine inspection on 11 October. The report judged both the safety and organisation of the nursery to be inadequate while all other areas were satisfactory, including nursery education.
