NDNA Cymru has appointedLynne Jones as skills review co-ordinator for the Childcare Wales Learning and Working Mutually partnership. She will research the state of learning and development for the childcare workforce as well as advising settings on how best to access training. Her role will include conducting interviews, facilitating focus groups and managing nationwide surveys.
