The recipients of the awards, which celebrate "outstanding achievements in good citizenship" by young people aged 11 to 20, are: City Angels, The Inclusion Zone, Youth2Youth, Sixty Plus Intergenerational Project, Springhill Community Radio Project, Mitalee Summer School, Dreamers, The Opal Project, Rathbone Outreach Project, and Teen Network Torbay.
