The idea behind Youth Matters is that central government will give your local governments a pot of money. Then they must ask young people aged 13 to 19 what leisure facilities they want to spend this money on. NCB will be holding workshops to discuss this with young people whose voices can't normally be heard, such as asylum seekers, young carers, young disabled people and children in care.
