News brief: Malcolm Chisholm admits legislation applies to asylum-seeking children

Malcolm Chisholm, Scotland's communities minister, has admitted Scottish child legislation does apply to asylum-seeking children held in the Dungavel detention centre. His comments were in a letter to Scottish National Party justice spokeswoman Christine Graham.
