News brief: B&B for young offenders should be phased out says report

The use of bed and breakfast accommodation for 16- and 17-year-old young offenders released from custody should be phased out within five years, a report on the Planned Resettlement into Sustainable Employment initiative, led by Rainer, has recommended.
