News in Brief: Parentline Plus wins award

A 24-hour free helpline run by Parentline Plus has won the BT/Telephone Helplines Association's national award for 2004 in recognition of its close partnership with organisations such as the Children's Legal Centre and YoungMinds (see feature, p24).
